Rewards

Earning reward points is easy. To begin earning points, all you need to do is become a registered user on our site and sign up for the Rewards Program by clicking the yellow Rewards icon on the bottom right corner of the screen (on mobile it looks like a yellow box with a bow). While signed into your account you will earn 100 loyalty points for every dollar you spend on qualifying purchases (e.g. $17.99 will earn you 1799 loyalty points). The more you spend, the more points you can earn.

Please note that Reward Points are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Points cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed, or combined from multiple user accounts. Only 1 coupon or discount code can be used per transaction. You cannot use Reward Points and an F2 Friday code on the same order. 

Reward points can be redeemed on future purchases; every 1,000 points is equivalent to $1.00 and points never expire. Users can apply the points they have earned toward purchases for a discount, or even cover the cost of the order (tax and shipping rates still apply). To see how many points you have available, simply click on the yellow Reward Points icon on the bottom right corner of the screen. Here you can view how many points you have accumulated, and convert point into a discount coupon by clicking the "redeem" button in the Reward Points menu. WARNING -- you must use the entire discount coupon when checking out, NO CHANGE IS PROVIDED. Only redeem the amount of points you wish to use at that time. Reward points have a direct effect on your order subtotal. Only (1) coupon code can be used per order, no combining discounts or promotions. 

Free Shipping applies to orders with a Subtotal of $75 or more and containing qualifying items. Free Shipping is only offered on one order per account each shipping day, and only to the lower 48 States. Postal Zip codes between 00900-96200 and 97000-99500 are eligible for the Free Shipping promotion. Orders that qualify for Free Shipping are sent through UPS Ground, USPS Priority, or other equivalent shipping method at our discretion. Free Shipping is limited to orders of 48 discs or less. Multiple orders under the same account, credit card/Paypal account, or shipping addresses that are combined will be held to the 48 disc Free Shipping limit. Orders of 49 discs or more (individual or combined) will be charged a live shipping rate. Dealers do not qualify for shipping promotions; dealers pay live shipping rates calculated by the order configuration.

Orders that have two or more discs are eligible for $6.00 Flat Rate priority mail shipping through USPS. Postal Zip codes between 00900-96200 and 97000-99500 are eligible. Orders that include Targets are not eligible for the flat rate promotion. Unfortunately we are not able to offer Flat Rate shipping to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Quantity discounts are applied to all eligible Factory Second purchases. When purchasing 5-9 Factory Second discs customers will receive a 10% discount on the Factory Second discs in the cart. Purchases of 10 or more Factory Second discs will receive a 20% discount on Factory Seconds. Discounts will be applied and displayed upon checkout.
