Shipping & Delivery

We ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 9:00 AM Pacific Time will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after 9:00 AM will be shipped on the next available shipping day. Please see our Shipping page for more detailed information about shipping rates and International delivery.


Returns & Replacements


If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on every product we offer providing it is unused and in its original condition. Please call customer service at 909-755-5577 or email us at to request a return. If sending an email, please include your name and order number. Customers assume all costs in shipping the returned item to us and we assume the cost in shipping replacements back to the customer, if applicable. Please note that replacement products are subject to what we have in stock at the time the replacement shipment is prepared. Tour Series and Limited Production discs returned will be subjected to a 50% restocking fee of the MSRP value.

Damages and Defects

We always do our best to package our products carefully and check them for flaws before they leave our warehouse. However, if you receive a product you feel is damaged or defective, please email us immediately at with your name, order number, and a photo of the item to submit a claim. We will do our best to make things right.


Order Cancellation

Please submit any cancellation via email to: Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted with your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped out. In the event that your order was shipped after requesting a cancellation we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping upon receipt of the returned items.


Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Previous orders can be viewed by logging into your account and clicking on the "Account" link on the top right. Past orders can easily be re-ordered!
