If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on every product we offer providing it is unused and in its original condition. Please call customer service at 909-755-5577 or email us at email@example.com to request a return. If sending an email, please include your name and order number. Customers assume all costs in shipping the returned item to us and we assume the cost in shipping replacements back to the customer, if applicable. Please note that replacement products are subject to what we have in stock at the time the replacement shipment is prepared. Tour Series and Limited Production discs returned will be subjected to a 50% restocking fee of the MSRP value.
Damages and Defects
We always do our best to package our products carefully and check them for flaws before they leave our warehouse. However, if you receive a product you feel is damaged or defective, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and a photo of the item to submit a claim. We will do our best to make things right.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped out. In the event that your order was shipped after requesting a cancellation we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping upon receipt of the returned items.
