Nice all around putter Review by Ryan
Quality Value Price Service The Whale is a nice stable putter that reminds me of a P2. It can really handle some power and wind, but its not unworkable. It really does have some nice glide as well. Overall, a very nice putter. The XT plastic is grippy and durable. (Posted on 12/28/2018)

Fantastic upshot disc! Review by Nicolai
Quality Value Price Service This disc fills a very important slot in my bag; the upshot slot. As straight as a Nova, but less sensitive to OAT (off axis torque/wobbling) and sits where it lands.
The Whale has been a staple disc of mine since its release, and yet again I find myself singing the praises of a mold that for whatever reason (unknown to me) doesn't get as much love as other well known Innova molds.
The XT plastic is fantastic. It has this unique blend of grip and firmness. Just a tiny hair softer than DX, but much firmer than say regular R-Pro. If you have issues with grip on harder plastic then I can't recommend XT enough.
As for the XT Whale, I find it to be very accurate - both to its numbers and the "Xtra Tough" nature of the plastic. It wears slowly and paired with an X-line P2 you will have every putter shot from 250-300 ft covered, with the Whale filling the straight to slightly understable shot once it has beaten in.
In the hand it has a medium depth height profile, with a small bead (barely noticeable), and a smooth rounded nose. Works as a forehand flicker too and the Vtech rim technology makes it harder (not impossible) to turn over throwing a FH.
I used to bag a Nova. Now my XT Whale is in that sport and I couldn't imagine not having one in my bag. (Posted on 5/16/2017)
