A consistent flying TL with new age plastic! Review by Daniel
Quality Value Price Service I bought one of these through a friend who picked them up on here. First, they fly like a TL should fly, just enough high speed turn to throw on a slight hyzer and have it flip and fly super straight with just a little fade at the end. The wing is very similar to my old CE TL, and flies just a little bit less stable out of the box. Not domey, but not too flat either. Overall it's an instant satisfaction flight pattern that will stay in my bag indefinitely.
The plastic: I've purchased gummy runs of other models in the past, and yes these are definitely a little grippier than normal star, but not necessarily as grippy as some champ XG runs I've thrown., The look of the plastic is the best part I would say, absolutely gorgeous, especially if you get a pearly one. G STAR TL Truth! Review by "COACH" CASANOVA
Quality Value Price Service For a few years I have thrown CE TLs and Teebirds and although molds vary as well as stability and can say for the most part these staples have always been true to form until now. Gstar has to be one of the best feeling plastics I have held to date and the appearance is absolutely amazing, But I am not a collector who likes to see discs in piles in a closet. I throw what I own and these TL's are far from what a Tl should be. Gstar TL's are very understable compared to their production run counter parts. For those who have lesser arms and would like a control disc for wooded areas, this is your disc. But for those who are CE TL fans and even new jolly launcher TL fans, this disc is highly susceptible to angles of release and they do not handle power well. The material is amazing and I would love to have this much grip on all my disc, but the flight characteristics are to far off from what I have grown to love about TL's. Good disc overall but don't expect it to replace your current TL's ****Quick side note**** If you throw beat TL's for rollers, this thing is ready to roll right out of the box. (Posted on 1/25/2014)
