I have an C-Line 167g PD. This disc has surprised me and far surpassed my expectations. I got this disc because I wanted a somewhat versatile utility driver that would work well both backhand and forehand, I could use for huge hyzer bombs, and worked well in the wind. Well this disc was exactly what I wanted and more.
To start off this disc feels much like a fairway driver in your hand, it has a fairly thin rim. I had seen that this disc was not a super fast disc at a 10 speed rating and it felt like that was the case, until I ripped this thing at my local course. This thing flies! It had such a smooth flight right out of the box as it released and just held that straight line for what seemed like forever then finally started to fade towards the end of the flight. AS said above the fade is not super aggressive, but it is very strong and will fight to fade no matter the wind situation.
I can get 350′ to 400′ with this disc without tons of effort (that is also due to the relatively lighter weight of my disc) but that is only if I have tons of snap and rotation on the disc. It is not a very glide prone disc so if it is thrown at lower speeds it becomes a little more aggressive in its fade.
At this point I have had this disc for about 9 months and used in about every round that I have thrown and it is starting to show it’s wear, but the flight has not changed much if any during that time. I can throw it on a slight anhyzer line and still watch this disc slowly flex out consistently.
I would recommend this disc to anyone, especially those that are wanting a little more distance and don’t like the wide rim drivers.
