The TeeBird is one of our most accurate and reliable fairway drivers. It has a combination of straight flight, high glide and good speed that make it accurate and long flying both upwind and downwind. It is a popular choice for pros including 12 time World Champion and Hall-of-Famer Ken Climo. The Teebird is very versatile driver; Excellent for pin-point accuracy, distance and sidearm. The gummy plastic provides excellent grip and soft feel. Factory Seconds give you the opportunity to purchase blemished discs at a discounted price. Factory Seconds are cosmetically flawed discs that did not meet our quality standards for regular production. The flaws do not affect flight characteristics or durability of the disc. The flaws can be one or more of the following: misprinted stamp, bubbles in the rim, or specks in the material.

Before purchasing a pair of these XGG (Extra Gummy Glow) Champion Teebirds, I worried that they would be relatively overstable compared to regular Champion plastic. I was relieved to watch them fly just like my beat in Climo 12x TieDye Champ! What I did not expect was the supersoft flight plate! This has allowed me to relax my grip, since the disc naturally depresses and flexes under my thumb. Both of mine were relatively domey compared to regular Champion, probably due to the soft, flexible flight plate. The texture is grippy without being sticky. So far, the XGG has proven to be (nearly) as durable as regular Champion plastic. I have not noticed a significant change in flight characteristics from wear, typical of Champion plastic.
BTW, Innova Factory Store sent me matching weights! That's a major plus! (Posted on 1/19/2017)
