This is my first orc. As well as my first Star Plastic. Been playing disc golf for a few years now. I can really rip out a forehand shot for big yardage. But I've been constantly looking to improve my backhand especially on holes 250 or shorter when driving. Always been keen on utilizing a Champ valkyrie or the Jolly Tern. Has slightly less glide than the Tern but flies just as far but probably further on a windy day with cross winds and head winds. Its really comfortable and a great disc to step up to. I really like the slight bead to the bottom of the rim. You can really feel the forefinger come into play as the last key piece on your release and offers a great little finnish to your snap in the final movement to your drive shot. So far it seems to be a perfect plastic for this type of disc. Didn't see any factory defects really except for a little dis coloration. I ended up personalizing this one and tie dying it with the Idye Poly/ Shaving cream method! You can bet on a future order! (Posted on 6/24/2015)

The Orc is a reliable distance driver that a lot of players have used as their workhorse drivers. Many have worked up from the Valkyrie or Beast, which have similar dimensions to this disc, to the Orc. It is a little overstable for those new to the sport, but over time, arms grow and discs beat in to a reliable, consistent driver that can shoot a frozen rope out all the way to the pin.

Factory Seconds are something no one should be afraid of. The discs fly just as sweet and true. (Posted on 11/8/2011)
